The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it.
This is the day your life really begins

testing... iPhone video
I had to post this little video just to see if I could without going through YouTube... I seem to recall somewhere in the past five months of blogging that I had done so... it's tee tiny but cute... my little ol bitty g'baby... jeeeeeez
Glad you are enjoing the cold i am in fl and it is freezing here. You are doing the things i wish i could be doing right nowi have been reading your post for a while now.when the holidays are over i am going on a trip similar to yours.
I wonder what killed all those fish. The red tide maybe. It's sad...
I love the beach but I'm not an adventurer like you. I like to just stay put and have a camper trailer to go in when I need to go to the rest room. I like watching people go by and enjoy watching the waves, good company and food cooked outside on the BBQ, a little quiet time to read under a shade umbrella in the summer, the smell of the salt air.
In years gone by we parked the travel trailer at the beach on our vacation. We sold the trailer because we had no time to travel anymore.
I tried to watch the video but it said that it was not available. Looking forward to seeing more of your travel. JB
Hi bargirl ;)... I hope you start a blog! I'd love to follow along...
Hi Julia! yes, it was the red tide... horrible stuff... it's been really bad this year. I say because the Gulf's immune system has been so severely damaged by all the oil spills and hurricanes!
I hope you get a chance to travel again, if that's what you would like ... there's really nothing like just getting in some wheels and moving! toss a coin and roll the windows down and let er rip! ;)
I don't understand about the video! I couldn't get it to play either... sigh... I dunno... I couldn't get the YouTube to play at first either... I listen to my sidebar music in the mornings...
